"I will admit that due to my hesitancy regarding taking care of my dental health and I had several concerns regarding my dental/oral health including extractions and some oral surgical procedures that all need to be addressed. Oh well, my fault entirely, check. Kindly and gently each of the associates and dentists with whom I spoke were kind, supportive and just all around Fantastic! The young ladies at the reception were welcoming and patient, I like to say really friendly and professional in the nicest, most genuine way. Sadly I only remember a few of the names of the people with whom I spoke. Malaki took my exrays and he is in a fantastic role, very pleasant, kind and professional. Hannah and another young woman at the front desk actually made you happy to be at the dentist. My dentist Dr. Ahmod...I believe was also lovely and she and another woman whom I believe was also a dentist reviewed my exray and I was given the results, not great but expected and now I feel powerful to take the next step especially with the Wydown team in my corner!! "I've been going to Wydown Dental for the past year. I had been with someone for 25 years, who retired, so I was looking for someone new, and a friend recommended this group. I let things go for a few years, so it's no surprise that I had a small cavity. They took care of it right away. I just had a six-month cleaning, and my hygienist was the MOST GENTLE person I've ever had. The front desk is kind and helpful. I've just recommended my adult daughter to this practice, and they have a bit of a wait. Get in while you can!"

I have put off my dental care due to my anxiety but I have had some extensive procedures done at this facility and I have to say that Dr Ahmad and Malachi has been absolutely phenomenal and have went above and beyond to calm my nerves. "This was my first time. There was about a thirty minute delay. A dentist did come then and say she’d be there in five minutes. A dental assistant began the first service. She started polishing my teeth. Though she only polished the front and to me it was not done thoroughly. Secondly, she began flossing my teeth. But she only flossed about eight teeth. Then the dentist came to get all the tarter off. She shared with me which teeth might need attention down the road but overall said my teeth looked very good. Normally, my teeth are polished and flossed after the professional cleaning, at the end of the visit. I wondered why the order was reversed and done at the beginning of the visit. Upon leaving, I asked the assistant if she was going to school to be a hygienist? She said oh no, graphic arts. It was disappointing I did not have a professionally trained hygienist. As you can tell from my comments, I was not pleased with the lack of thoroughness, and the omissions in the polishing and flossing of my teeth. The dentist told me that one dentist had gone home sick. I’m going to try one more visit at Wydown and see if the experience improves. The dentist was very nice and I liked her."
